I have to remind myself that some birds aren’t mean to be caged . Their feathers are just too bright. And when they fly away, the part of you that knows it was a sin to lock them up does rejoice. But still, the place you live in is that much more drab and empty that they’re gone. I guess I just miss my friend.

我只能提醒自己有些鸟是不能关在笼子里的。它们的羽翼是如此绚丽，光芒夺目。当它们飞出牢笼时，会让那些觉得把它们关起来是种罪恶的人感到由衷的喜悦。但同时，它们的离开让你生活的地方空荡荡的。可能我只是过于想念我的朋友了。
